2018 GRVAC Installation Dinner
The members of the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps held their 67th Installation and Awards Dinner on January 20, 2018 at The Terrace in Paramus. Glen Rock Borough officials, emergency service representatives and other supporters celebrated the GRVAC which responded to 630 calls for emergency medical and transport service in 2018.
The highlight of the evening was Chief Ed Esposito recognizing Ron Jemal for 25 years of service. Mayor Bruce Packer presented Ron with a resolution from the Borough Council and Police Chief Dean Ackerman and PBA President Sergeant Brian Scott presented Ron with a certificate of appreciation from the Glen Rock Police Department. President Diane Herrlett read other proclamations and congratulatory letters from state and local elected officials.
During the evening, Chief Ed Esposito also recognized Tom Ludlum for 15 years of service and Carrie Hourican and Klaudia Turanchik for five years of service.
