If you do not want to fill out the application on-line you can download this form and carry it in with you. You will have to email us to set up an interview. EMAIL US.
Members must live within 2.1 miles of the GRVAC building and be able to safely respond to the GRVAC building from home and board an ambulance in less than 7 minutes while obeying all driving regulations en route. Before continuing with this application, map your route and time from your home to the GRVAC building: 700 Maple Ave, Glen Rock, NJ 07452. If you live further than 2.1 miles, your application will not be considered.

Training Fund Form
The following PDF is required for the consideration of the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps to reimburse an applicant that has met all qualification of becoming an EMT and has been accepted as a member by the GRVAC. If you have been accepted, please download the following application. It will require your digital signature and that of an authorized GRVAC officer.
INSTRUCTIONS: The free version of Adobe PDF can be used to enter the electronic signature. However, each person who signs has to save the document before sending it on for another signature.
If a parent has to sign, he or she must sign, save, and forward to their child. The child must sign, save, and forward to me (or Eric or Joannie) for the authorized signature. One of us will then sign, save, and forward to the school.
